Employment: Senior Development Manager of Distinguished Events at the American Cancer Society

Background: I was born and raised in Vermont. I moved to Naples in July 2014.

Fun Fact: I love to rollerblade!

Goal: My overall goal is to lead by example as a polished and driven contributor in the Naples community. I hope that my business acumen and market knowledge will enable me to increase membership value and satisfaction for all current and future members of the Young Professionals of Naples.

Employment: I work at Fidelity Investments and I am a Financial Representative.

Background: I grew up mainly in Haiti and in 2007 moved to Fort Lauderdale. I moved to SWFL in 2010 and I’ve been in Naples for 9 months now for work.

Fun Fact: I speak fluent French and Creole, and conversational Spanish.

Goal: I want to work with the board members and increase participation of all active members in our networking events.

Treasurer

Employment: Key Private Bank and I am a Relationship Manager.

Background: I grew up overseas in the Philippines, Brazil, Portugal, Slovakia, Belarus and Switzerland then in 2001 moved to Virginia then Vermont in 2010 before moving to Naples in July of 2014 for work.

Fun Fact: I went to a boarding school in Leysin, Switzerland my junior and senior year of High School and classes would get out at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays for “mandatory” snowboarding. #toughlife

Goal: I hope to create an environment where talented people and unique ideas are given the support and tools needed to flourish. I want the Young Professionals of Naples to become a positive force and valuable resource to the broader community.  Ultimately, I want to foster a sense of value and pride among our growing member base to fulfill our mission.

Sachi Castanedasachi
Secretary

Employment: Paralegal, Yale T. Freeman, P.A.

Background: I was born and raised in Miami then moved to Naples in 2007.

Fun Fact: My first name is Japanese and it means “happiness”

Goal: As secretary, my goal within the organization is to assist the board by ensuring that accurate and sufficient documentation is maintained, as required by law; as well as encourage communication and diligence through proper management and record keeping.

Matthew Ganzak
Communications Director

Employment:Bestselling author of the Million Dollar Plan book. Entrepreneur and founder of ScaleUP Academy.

Background: Born in Michigan, Matt has been a resident of Naples for a year.

Fun Fact: The longest Matt has ever lived in one place was in New York City for six years, but he loves the Naples area and is looking to break his record.

Goal: Matt has built multi-million dollar companies and advised celebrities, musicians and authors to build their online presence over the past 10 years, and his goal is to help expand the Young Professionals of Naples presence in the community.

Meredith L. McLeanmeredtih
Events Director

Employment: Program Officer, Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation

Background: I was born and raised in Reading, PA. During college I spent a year in New Zealand. Living on the Finger Lakes of New York prior to moving here, I realized I had enough of the harsh winters. I packed up and moved to Naples in May 2015 for the year-round outdoor life!

Fun Fact: An interesting and unique aspect of my life is my love and passion for cooking. My weekends are often swept away with the exciting discovery of new recipes and cooking enough food to feed my neighborhood. Before moving to Naples, I lived in New York where I spent many evenings and weekends teaching plant based, whole foods cooking classes. Although I am not a certified chef, I love to teach, and in my opinion, cooking is the most appetizing subject of all!

Goal: I plan to increase the quality of events that are produced by the organization, and ensure that that the members have a greater input in the event-creation process.

Membership Director

Employment: Donor & Member Relations Manager at the Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens

Background: I am originally from Upstate New York. I moved to Florida in 2007 to work at the University of Miami – Office of Admission where I traveled across country recruiting students. In 2014, I accepted a new position in the Office of Alumni – Development Director. I married my wife, Barbara, in 2015 and moved to Naples in April 2016 after accepting my position at the Naples Zoo.

Fun Fact: I play the alto saxophone and have a jukebox of songs that I perform. I also love watching baseball and have been to 27 of the 30 MLB stadiums.

Goal: As Membership Director, my goals are to inform non-members about the benefits of joining the organization by using multiple channels of communication, increase current memberships by improving benefits, and showcasing how YP Naples has huge potential for members throughout SW Florida.

Dominic Tricase
Development Director

DominicEmployment- Account Executive at Waterman Broadcasting- NBC2 and ABC7.

Background- I have worked in Broadcast sales since 2010. In 2016 I moved to Southwest Fl from Syracuse, NY.

Fun Fact– When I’m not working you’ll typically find me in a Crossfit Box(gym).

Goal- Being new to the area, my goal is to meet as many people as possible. As Social Media Coordinator, I am committed to increasing YP of Napless digital presence. Social media can be a incredible tool to bring in new member as well as keep existing members involved in the organization.
