Personal Banker – Position Summary: Responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with Bank clients to include small business and affluent clients. Understands client needs and assists them with a full range of general financial services to include opening, closing and maintaining accounts, resolving any issues or problems related to our service delivery, inquiries and correspondence. Makes introductions to other banking partners such as Financial Center Manager, Private Banker, Commercial Banking or Wealth Manager to enhance the client relationship and provide more extensive financial services.
