Mr. Phipps is the current Past-President and Co-Founder of the Young Professionals of Naples. He is the 1st Young Professional to sit on the Board of Directors for the Economic Development Council of Collier County. He is also involved in Project Innovation’s 3G Coalition and a graduate of the 2nd class of Leadership Collier's GAIN Program.
Originally from Ohio, Chad relocated to Naples from Chicago in 2001. Chad attended The Ohio State University and is a Graduate of Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Education.
Chad is married to his wife Sara, who is a 2nd Grade Teacher at Laurel Oak Elementary School in Naples.
