Mr. Phipps is the current Past-President and Co-Founder of the Young Professionals of Naples. He is the 1st Young Professional to sit on the Board of Directors for the Economic Development Council of Collier County. Originally from Ohio, Chad relocated to Naples from Chicago in 2001. Chad attended The Ohio State University and is a Graduate of Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Education.
